Most of these tales begin with "my wife..." This tale began with, we bought this land as an investment and found that our grandaughter had been dreaming of starting a farm. That led to figuring out how to keep some fluffballs alive that turned into egg laying chickens. 

 

We are on a journey.  We are trying things - maybe cows, or perhaps pigs? There has been talk of goats, but they, we are led to believe, are escape artists. And then there is the garden that is projected to grow expotentially...well, just stay tuned. It's a work in progress.
